Snake closes playground near city

Adelaide Now reports that a large snake, identified as a king brown has been sighted in a playground in the parklands. I think that the snake in question is more likely to be an eastern brown snake, which is often sighted in and around Adelaide, though rarely as close to the CBD as in this instance.

The playground will remain closed until the snake is caught.
