Shadow Minister for Sport?

The
Independent Weekly's attempts to broaden its appeal to middle Adelaide have given the recently departed Opposition Leader Rob Kerin an opportunity to demonstrate a new (or perhaps previously unpublicised) skill.

The Weekly's InDaily email service reports:

The Independent Weekly's footy-tipping competition has kicked off, though nobody picked all eight winners for round one. The leader so far is a man who's no stranger to leading: Rob Kerin, tied for equal first. It seems like Mr Kerin is enjoying his new, more relaxed role: not only is he sharpening his footy-tipping skills, but Insider also spotted him knocking a few back at the Welly during the O'Connell Street Food and Wine Affair.
